ParasailingWish to feel the goodness of the bird’s eye? Parasailing at Mauritius is what will make you feel so spectacular when you take up the adventure sport of parasailing. Ever imagined to watch the city of Mauritius while you’re parasailing on top like a bird? The breathtaking view of the spectacular lagoon beaches via parasailing gives you a heavenly view.

What is Parasailing?

Also known to be parascending , this is an activity when you are towed in the air via a harness and a boat connected to you. On top you have a parachute that kind of “gives you wings” to fly up that high to be the kind of the city.

The Hot spots

The best and the hot spot beaches to take up your parasailing activities are mainly Belle Mare (Mauritius East Coast) , Trou D’eau Douce / Ile aux Cerfs (Mauritius central East coast) and Grand Baie (Mauritius North West).

The sea lovers who are yearning to take up the beach parasailing activity will enjoy the freshness to the core. Starting from the briefing point about the safety of parasailing, you’ll be guided towards a launch pod via boat.

Now it’s time for you to be tied around with a safe and secure harness at the launch pod. And yes, you can try the crazy “touch and go” parasailing. This means that you’ll be taking a little dip in the sea and then again shall rise above to parasail and see the fun of the city with your bull’s eye. Also, to mention here that if you have some fear, the “touch and go” is optional. You can take up the parasailing up in the air too without taking the plunge dip option in your checklist.

Time Duration

Total duration for this activity is 25 to 30 minutes that includes about 10 to 12 minutes of the parasailing.
